
This free workshop is designed for adults (university students and above) and aims to raise awareness about the impact of daily habits on concentration and memory. The workshop is delivered by Riham Samir, a Learning Skills Consultant, and combines simplified theoretical insights with practical applications that can be easily integrated into daily routines.
Participants will explore how the brain processes information, the common causes of brain fog and weak focus, as well as practical strategies to boost attention and strengthen memory—leading to better performance in both personal and professional life.
